Who am I? Not an easy question.

PROFESSIONALLY
I’ve spent my career in just about every IT job from repair technician to System Administrator only to find out that I was better at online marketing. I am a Microsoft Certified System Administrator, a Hubspot Certified Inbound Marketer, and have helped 3 organizations win over a dozen awards for sales and marketing. The tired cliche of “out-of-the-box” thinking takes on a whole new meaning when you are a SysAdmin and a Marketing Manager at the same time.

Social media marketing has served as a great combination of the two for me, and I’ve since moved on to being an independent marketer specializing in social media for small e-commerce companies to major food brands. In these early days of a variety of social tools, lots of folks claim to be able to market your product better than anyone else. What makes me different is that I can help combine offline and online marketing efforts. Let’s face it, anyone can tweet for you, I can deliver the proper experience and get measurable results.

PERSONALLY
In my free time I consult, read, and love to run. If you buy me tickets to a football game or a hockey game I will probably be your best friend forever, if we hang out at a baseball game I may fall asleep, but I’ll still think you’re alright. I love and believe in the Midwest, but still believe my dreams will take me out west for at least some part of my life. I am divorced but involved, snarky but not rude, and shy but not quiet.
